Attorney Profiles
MARGARITA MANDULEY has concentrated
on the practice of immigration law since her graduation from Loyola Law School. Prior to opening her own firm with Ms. Camisassa, Ms. Manduley was a staff attorney at the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, where she represented detainees
in removal proceedings free of charge.
Having immigrated to the United States from her native Cuba as a child,
Ms. Manduley identifies with the plight of those who come to the United States in search of freedom and a better life for
themselves and their loved ones. Because of her own background and life experiences, she has devoted her career to advocating
on behalf of immigrants in the United States. She has represented countless clients before the United States Citizenship and
Immigration Service, the immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth District Court of Appeals.
Ms. Manduley is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, the United States Federal District Court
and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Los Angeles County
Bar Association, and the Cuban-American Bar Association.
